WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do our best to make the best products out of quality  Australian Wool and talior to your needs. If you don't like the product you recived you may return it, if it is still in good condition for a exchange on the same product or a half refund, otherwise you will have to keep the product with no expections.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes as of the 25/06/2021 we offer giftcards that have a set value of $2.50. To get one simply sped $30 and when we deliver your order to you, it will be included. To use tell as with your next order what your gift card number is and we will apply it if it is on our system.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We currently only expect Australian dollars/notes. We do not expect card due to the administrative load, including account balancing that will not be good for our business.
WHY DO PRODUCTS COST DIFFERENT PRICES?
All our products cost different prices as they are on a sliding scale, this means depending on size, quailty, colour and other quailites of the product they vary and cost more or less material, time and other things.
HOW DO IÂ CLAIM CODES & VOUCHERS
To claim codes and vouchers when making an order tell us the code and we will apply it automatically to reduce your cost.
